Fort Saskatchewan High School CALM Class # 1
November 14, 2023 @ 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm
This is a Public Information presentation. This is a CALM class (Career and Life Management). We typically present to grade 11 or 12 students. The aim of CALM is to help students make well-informed, considered decisions and choices in all aspects of their lives and to develop behaviours and attitudes that contribute to the well-being and respect of self and others. Participants will learn how alcohol can affect their lives and the lives of those around them, the problems alcohol may cause and how to find websites and literature on alcohol. Sixty students are expected for this class.
It is advised that you show up at least 30 minutes before “go time.” The address is 10002 97 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, (see attached map). Parking can be found around the school and also to the east of the school building. The school phone number is 780-998-3751.
